Nduja is a specialty of the Calabrian tradition. A soft mixture of pork flavored with the finest Calabrian chillies and naturally smoked with beech wood. There's nothing that tastes quite like it.
Our Nduja is imported directly from Italy, from one of the world's finest producers of this Italian delicacy.
How to use: Dot small pieces around the pizza. A little goes a long way. This portion is enough to top two pizzas. We recommend pairing with another topping like sliced meat/charcuterie, steamed tenderstem broccoli, vegetables etc.
Portion size: 75g - enough to easily top two pizzas when used as above. Any leftovers can be stirred through tomato-based pasta sauce for a delicious and quick meal.
